Sinuelo prime
From south of Brazil in the Serra Gaucha comes Sinuelo Prime wine made up of a selection of Cabernet Sauvignon (87%) and Merlot (13%).
Sinuelo Prime is a limited edition with numbered bottles. It is definitely a remarkable complexity and evolved wine, fruity, ripe blackberry with hints of spice, chocolate and coffee.
The color is of an intense ruby-red. The palate, with ripe tannins has a pleasant balance between alcohol and acidity. It has also good body and persistence.
In the kitchen, it goes very well with pasta with a strong sauce and game meat.
